1. Two - step authentication 

So the first thing you have to do is to turn on two step authentication of whatever Gmail ID you have created your account with.

• Two factor authentication ( Instagram )

First of all, we will go to the settings, after that you will be asked to use text message, you have to turn it on.

Whatever phone number you have created an account with, it will come here, then you will click on Next. Then you will get a confirmation code, after that you have to click on the date. After this your two factor authentication will be enabled and you can keep your Instagram account secure.

First of all, for this also we will click in 3 dot and come to the settings. After that we will go to the security option in the settings.

In security, you will get the option of 2 factor authentication. We will get started this and three options will come here : 

1. WhatsApp 

2. Authentication App

3. Text massage 

You can select any option. I selected text message. Whatever phone number you are using to login this account, its number will appear here. Then click on Next, then who will ask you this, as soon as you enter here, your Two Factor Authentication will be enabled.
